Where are my records saved?
Records are stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, your data also uses your iCloud account. Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account on your devices.
When are exchange rates updated?
Exchange rates use European Central Bank data based on EUR and update once a day when you are online.
What should I include in a support email?
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help; please hide any private information before sharing it.
