Why isn’t the camera working?
Open iPhone Settings, find QR Code under Apps, and allow Camera access. Then reopen the app and try scanning in good lighting.
Where is my scan history?
Scan history stays locally on your device. You can delete it inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
What should I include in a support email?
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help; please hide any private information before sharing it.
